      Pros

      You get to choose your hours and you get to work 5 hour shifts. I am at the fresh locations so it is not a difficult task and is pretty lenient compared to other amazon jobs.

      Kontras

      There can be added stress at times when it comes to working during beak hours. Training is difficult some times because there are a lot of people that are busy.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
