Company also expects you to embrace its leadership principles in full from which you can learn a great deal - especially about frugality and customer obsession. Good place to learn and excel yourself.

Long working hours with decent stock options. Work life balance is a myth here although managers try hard to show they exist but so much additional task other than projects are assigned that you will have to work additional hrs. You are basically a figure which can be replaced. I never saw and still do not see any team work except during a project. Some Practice Managers are very quick to put blame on their employees especially in DACH region. Expect no pay raises for at least 2 yrs. Frugality principles are used basically to not give any kind of perks (expect getting 20-30 Euro as Christmas gift for the work you did for this organization which is really a shame).
