      Stressful No human touch No engagement in growing experienced people Shifts without sense I would like to add as well that I've been working for 4 years, I've been happy in the beginning but in the end, they don't help you grow or show, only to people that in some way, are related to other upper leveled employees. They threat you a bit unfairly for mistakes that never knew happened.
