      At least where i worked the people were very skilled

      The politics got inside. I don't want to see how Amazon cares for BLM on training website. The pay level is great as long as the stock keeps super fast rising, which it does... But noone knows what happens to those who get in these days.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
