      It's a great place for some one who wants to grow fast in big IT. There are a lot of opportunities to build new stuff.

      Compared to other big ITs, I think the bar is pretty low. So there are great and strong SDEs, but there are also a lot of bad SDEs as well.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
