Very good opportunities, possibility to make project and learn each day. Also this is a very good experience in the CV.

Promise of promotion if you make the projects, but to make projects you need to do extra hours, but the manager tells you to do not do extra hours. So you don't have extra hours paid. The shifts on 6 days are too difficult for mental and physical aspects.
