      Kontras

      One has to be extra careful in managing work - life balance. Getting used to the amazon way of doing things might be a little daunting for a fresh starter. Compensation is not the best at all levels.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
