      Working in a smaller site everyone knows each other and most have been there for years. The leadership team works hard to maintain the Amazon leadership principle and they're a motivated team. The company has great benefits and opportunities.

      As with any workplace communication is often a struggle but they're always working to improve.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
