      Almost always I am NOT the smartest person in the room so I am always learning. Good pay.

      High expectations. Have to ask for feedback, none will ever be given freely. Promo is like a unicorn, rare and magical. No fringe benefits (onsite gym, white collar tuition reimbursement, free food).
