      AMZN is led by the most brilliant CEO imaginable. Compensation is above market. Opportunity to work with smart, hardworking professionals. High bar was used to make hiring decisions in year's past.

      HR for HR is non-existent and extremely political. An employee's success (or failure) is dictated solely upon the manager's subjective opinion vs. deliverables. Unfair employment practices do exist in pockets of the company.
