      Not much here to say.

      No one helps you. The management is very bad and tends to cause a lot troubles to employees The office environment is bad Too much work is given out. Impossible dead lines are set up. The hiring process is really bad. They don't send an acceptance letter even after verbal confirmation.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
