      Very fast moving culture which requires SDEs to keep moving and innovating long term solution. As an SDE, Amazon has a lot of room for growth and learning.

      Very little focus on quality. In fast moving culture, major focus is to get the feature of the door which requires shortcuts in the architecture. Long term architecture is identified and neve implemented.
