      Amazon is a learning platform where we can learn to work differently and get accommodated in a fast changing environment. Individuals working here are very smart and highly driven individuals.Compensation is well beyond my expectations and very competitive wrt other company. Regular and exciting assignments in the company will keep us focused and involved.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
