      It is one of the best companies I have worked in, there are too many opportunities for growth, as well as personal and professional improvement, flexible schedules, and an adequate work environment.

      Actually there are very few disadvantages, personally it would include a subsidized dining service, the salary band is very broad, and sometimes in equal conditions, one contract may have a different salary than another.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
