      Great pay (though there is better) Everyone is smart. You won't work with dumb people networking potential is amazing

      OPS! You will spend 40+ % of your time manaing operation tasks. Tickets, contacts and troubel shooting. You will be paged at all hours/days to try to resolve issues on systems you have never even heard of much less know what to do with.

      Pros

      AWS has one of the most fun and interactive assessments upon applying and if you pass they almost instantly give you an interview with the recruiter.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
