      Being able to go with the flow of working different places in the warehouse takes you out of comfort zone. Management is great

      people standing around while others are working with a purpose and management doesn't seem to mind. Management not always as honest when it comes to what's going on with the shift, amount of work...

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
