      Amazingly talented people to work with Scale of problems to solve

      Frugality before everything Horrible work-life balance (you only have time for work) Unrealistic deadlines and pressure to meet these deadlines No career growth. If you're stuck in level 5 Software Engineer, there is no way out. I feel like 90% IC software engineers are in level 5 Horrible coffee and even that you have to prepare yourself

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
