      Company offers you pay in direct deposited money, not LEGO’s or rainbows.

      Poor management, Base pay is not worth the travel, no knowledge of weather you’re going to be working at “your” location. Overall attitude is, “if you’re content with a company that doesn’t care about its employees, good luck”.
