Fast, growth, compensation are great.

There is a lot of bureaucracy to get things done and a lot of churn created by posturing as a result of leadership principles. Great in theory and many who use them to improve all those around them. However there are a lot of individuals who manipulate them for personal gain, politicking. Leadership can't always tell the difference.
