      You really learn a lot if you are a new grad. AWS do have some cut edge tech and docs/designs docs are plenty.

      Kontras

      Oncall, pip, operational work is overwhelming. Stupid HR/Manager could put you on PIP for no reason.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
