      LOTS of extremely skilled colleagues to learn from. Moving at an incredible pace. Leadership principles are pervasive in the culture and make a lot of sense. Everyone is 'rowing in the same direction'

      Initial learning curve is steep. They expect hard work (not really a con though).

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
