      Hours that can work around schedule for school. Including a subpar benefits package. Overall good job to have as part time

      The pay for the work is not at standard and leadership sometimes doesn't know how to deal with employees if something goes wrong and it isn't necessarily anyone's fault

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
