Pros

At this call center they hand out candy every once and a while. You can decorate your desk any way you like. They give out food for certain holidays/occasions. Most everyone is nice and the pay is good for the area.

Kontras

Communication is pretty poor and they focus a lot on statistics. They watch your time closely.

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
