The hiring is almost guaranteed if you are willing to work long hours doing monotonous and repetitive tasks. There are incentives for perfect attendance and performing tasks quickly.

Kontras

The shifts are very long due to the monotony of the tasks. There are some positions where conversation with other employees is impossible due to being isolated and the loud noise of the warehouse. The long hours and repetitive movements can be very tiring.
