      Great technology. Few meetings. Free to play with AWS. Nice office. Smartest people. Exposure to many things. Innovative company. No stupid perks. (Although, no perks at all)

      On call for some teams/positions. Can get unlucky with team. Can get a better pay at other companies.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
