Comp is actually built to dip after 2 years unless you get promoted. - Stack ranking forces management to treat employees as data points rather than humans. -At a certain point, the amount of work becomes brutal. Essentially, the mentality is once you've achieve a certain goal/level, you must always exceed it, which is unsustainable.
