      Do not have any pros, besides it is easy to jump to other companies. Actually, Amazon should not treated as an IT company.

      Actually, the most of your work is sending email as a software engineer instead of coding. Also the person who send and reply email fast and with professional word will get improved, no one care about what you have done.
