More than any company I'm aware of, their "Leadership Principles" dictate the day to day expectations, hiring, reviews, everything. So, read them before you apply. If they describe you, then you're in the right place. It's a big company, but in my org, I've been mostly pleased with upper management and with the work/life balance I've been able to strike.

Kontras

If you don't draw a hard line where your personal time is concerned, you can work yourself into the ground. Always more work to do than time. Takes a tough person that can defend what they say with data. This is a pro for me but not for everyone.

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
