Limited growth opportunities and lack of coaching/feedback (I'm identified as very high potential and yet I have no coaching even after asking for it --- seems weird) Lack of vision and constantly changing vision from org's senior management. Lots of management churn in org (on 5th manager within 2 years). Don't feel intellectually challenged by work.
