      Stock pay is a scam. They grant you new stocks every year once your new-hire stocks expire, and they always grant for the next year with the ASSUMED value of the stock for the next year, which is always out of touch with reality, so overall stock value will go up very, very slowly. For this reason alone, I would recommend avoiding Amazon.
