      I was given this role as part of a graduate scheme which was meant to last 2 years - of course i only lasted 5 months because of their restructure circus where they fired us all. So i moved countries all for nothing and wasted my window for grad schemes! Now i'm left with even more work trauma and imposter syndrome multiplied by a 100%

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
