      The salary is high, ppl are nice,

      very toxic culture. many layoff and pip. No work and life balance. They fire you for no reason. Everyday I feel very stressed and burnout. Same for many other ppl here. The expectation is super high and you'd better know everything at the first day. Training is not enough. Everyone is busy and exhausted.
