      Work life balance and good working culture

      You can do extra work but you wont be rewarded for it unless they opt the OT for you time. Extra work recognition will be not considered as the company has only 8 hours work policy. more then that can be either OT or unnoticed hard work

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
