      My work is not too demanding. It's a 9 to 5 work. I have to write weekly reports and run meetings.

      Comp is lowest in Amazon Store org. AWS pays better comp. AI is a huge focus in my org right now, so people are measured by how much they incorporate AI in daily tasks
