Accenture has a great network. You can contact colleagues from around the globe for assistance. There is very much we’re all in this together mentality.
Kontras
The Amsterdam office is very much an all boys club. This is changing with the promotion of a woman as CM and more women at Sr. Management. There is also a lack of diversity especially among SI&T and absolutely no clue on how to solve the problem. A lot of people who are not ready to be Sr. Managers are being promoted. Most of which would not past the consultant level at other offices. Most of these guys are mostly clueless, which gives bad moral to others.
