As a result I have seen the quality of the work declined significantly and the client got hurt. 2, Accenture's career path is unable to attract those senior IT technical Architects/specialist with deep industry knowledge. Top performers were promoted to Manager and lost interests to technical skills. Most of the projects are full of junior analysts/programmers. Junior employees screw up projects frequently.
