Three 30 minute online interviews using Amazon chime (own video conferencing software). Questions all based around how experience aligns with Amazon's 14 leadership principles. Straight forward process and HR team was helpful in advance of the day.

2 interviews, each 30 minutes, sometimes taken by operations managers, Shift leads or even area managers (Depends on availability), not so hard interview, but this position is best when you have some experience in people handling and also previously worked in warehouse environment. Interview questions follows "Follow up question" method to know more about candidates ability. Sometimes overwhelming to make a desirable story on spot. So its better for the candidates who have experience and worked for longer years.
