Hyatt Place Jacksonville is thrilled to share the highlights from their Winter Wonderland Employee Luncheon held on January 8, 2025! It was such a meaningful occasion where they really went all out to celebrate the holiday spirit. The event was filled with laughter, fun games, and plenty of surprises. The team-building games were definitely some of the most memorable moments of the day! It was amazing to see everyone working together, having a blast, and strengthening those bonds with laughter and friendly competition. The energy in the room was so positive, and you could see everyone enjoying the chance to connect and collaborate in such a fun, relaxed setting. After all the team-building fun, the team wrapped up the day with a hilarious White Elephant gift exchange. It was so much fun watching everyone pick, swap, and joke around over the quirky gifts. The laughter and excitement during the exchange were the perfect way to end the celebration on a high note! The festive atmosphere was magical, with beautiful decorations that set the perfect tone for the holiday celebration. Of course, the food was another major highlight—everyone was thrilled with the incredible spread of savory dishes and sweet treats. It was a wonderful opportunity to bond, share a meal, and create lasting memories. Courtyard and Hilton Garden Inn teams have been celebrating the past few weeks. The teams had a combined Holiday party with karaoke, games and photo booth. Both hotels had to unwrap the saran ball to collect prizes. The managers/supervisors also went out to a splatter paint event and got to create our own canvas and paint each other in the process. Hotel Colee was thrilled to partner with Black Women in Hospitality to host their cocktail coat drive. The event was a tremendous success, with a fantastic turnout from our community. The initial goal was to collect 100 coats, and we’re proud to say that we far exceeded that target, collecting over 150 coats to donate to those in need. It was a heartwarming and impactful event, and the team is grateful to everyone who participated and made it such a success.

This fall has been a whirlwind of activities for the Hilton Garden Inn Hartford! The team connected with 100's of brides and families at a Bridal Expo and engaged with community businesses at a local Business Expo. As the season of gratitude rolled in, the team delivered fresh, delicious pies to top clients as a heartfelt thank-you for their continued trust and partnership. Seeing the smiles on their faces was the perfect way to kick off the holidays! More to come from our small but mighty team!
The Homewood Suites Albuquerque Uptown celebrated Thanksgiving with an amazing potluck. The team really showed off their cooking skills with a HUGE selection of meals from so many different cultures! The menu included Zuni Pudding (Native American), Pineapple Upside-down cake, Fufu and Beef (West African), Arroz con Maiz (Cuban), Arroz Congris (Cuban), Asado, Pavo, Texas Chili, Meatloaf, Macaroni with beef, and Pilau (East African). Plus, what seemed like one million desserts!! It was amazing seeing everyone gather and enjoy the foods that their friends and colleagues brought! Plus, there was enough left over for Inspector Clarissa Homer-Tsalate to hand out food to homeless folks in our community. We are so thankful for this amazing team and everything they do every single day!!!!

During their visit, the chefs explored regenerative agriculture practices, dove into the art of seasonality and preservation, and uncovered strategies for maximizing profitability while prioritizing sustainability. Beyond the hands-on learning, the event offered a unique chance for these talented chefs to connect, share insights, and draw inspiration from one another in an unforgettable farm-to-table setting.
