Your Responsibilities

• Support the monthly payroll processing for blue-collar employees.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, registrations and deregistrations with authorities, and maintenance of employee master data.
• Process HR-related matters such as sick leave, vacation, and employee terminations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters.
• Prepare and submit reports and notifications to government authorities and social security institutions.

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial education (e.g. apprenticeship, business college, higher vocational school, or an equivalent qualification).
• Initial professional experience in Human Resources or HR administration is an advantage.
• Completed payroll certification (e.g. WIFI or equivalent) or practical experience in payroll administration is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Austrian labor law and social security regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with BMD is required.
• A structured, accurate, and independent working style.
• A high level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential employee data.

The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,519.91 in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer a competitive salary above the collective agreement.
