Project Manager / PMO:
Your role

As a Project Manager/PMO your challenges will include:
Defining or redefining internal business processes;
Management of organization-themed projects;
Coordinate projects of changes to the organizational structure;
Support the business in project requirements definition and analysis of the functional and technical requirements, with the prioritization of development streams;
Organization and coordination of weekly meetings with the IT provider;
Manage and update of the issues documentations;
Project Management support include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines;

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in project management activities;
Experience in working on business and organizational processes is highly appreciated;
Bachelor Degree’s;
Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is mandatory;
Proficiency in English & German;
Availability to travel;
This position requires EU work permit
