Great Software and very well designed. Great vision of the CEOs. Most customers are very happy and truly satisfied.

Difficulties to have internal mobilities Favoritism not based on achievement or performance Managers prioritize their own careers internally Overtime is the standard Rigid Processes : Even in emerging market it is not a Startup (as often said to explain the overtime requirement), you have very rigid internal processes that you must follow in every departments
