Pushing on candidate experience and diversity, but not in a tick the box way- more like: let's make it even better because cause we're proud of the company. The interns get a full program with a dedicated team in charge, and are hired after graduation. Grads have career dev program. Experienced employee get other dedicated upskilling training. Overall still in after 4years.
