Several new executives hired and key acquisitions made in past year. Significant change management underway. Culture is shifting toward Oracle and SAP model which reflects CVs of new leaders. Asking employees to keep up with these evolving changes often translates to thinly veiled product breadth rather than depth. Technical roles are stretched thin.
