A lot of pointless repetitive busy work, with feedback for improvement treated as being “disagreeable” . Toxic leadership who are more focused on ego, looking right versus actually being right. Managers don’t think, only assign work without their own point of view. Leadership is slow to promote, despite early recruitment claims that climbing fast is possible here The business unit is looked down by other business units, which means strategic decision making rarely happens. It also means lack of any strategic and operational accountability
