      The benefits are great, the vacations are unlimited, you get stocks, they pay for the gym and the cellphone.

      Kontras

      In LatAm, still a lot of women discrimination, especially in higher roles. You can't be yourself as some people can take you as intimidating or too shy to fit in the culture.

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month
