      Working at Uber is exciting but still stable. You are always working on new challenges and everyone is enthusiastic about helping you to solve problems

      The managerial structure is very poor. Most managers have no idea what they are doing and their incentives do not always align with the teams incentives. This has been improving, but a legacy of bad management is hard to overcome

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month
