Insurance is excellent, most people are friendly and willing to teach you new skills - finding a mentor is relatively easy - catering onsite - onsite snacks & fruit - opportunity for certificates to be paid for internally

-High turnover, especially since beginning of 2025 - career growth is extremely limited (have to be an AI engineer or Data Analyst to promote now; even L&D and non-technical teams require significant proficiency at training AI) - pay is 30-50% below average, you will likely need another job (even salary is low if you’re not L4+) - micromanagement is becoming the norm - expect to work long hours, be lucky if your OT is authorized
