Good place to work for employees that lack a formalized education. Formal education not important.You can have an MBA from Harvard and still be overlooked for promotion over a truck driver. Most of management lack college degrees. Equal opportunity employer in that respect.

No family life; long hours; subjective promotional process and not based on merit or ability. If you come in early, stay late and be kind to the right people irregardless of your ability, you will go very far in this organization.
