Well recognized brand, some good training programs. People I worked with for the most part were quite pleasant and tried their hardest to do well in the company.

More turnover at the junior levels than there should be - management changed territory strategies year after year which led to lots of unnecessary disruption. Some middle managers who lacked people skills were promoted. Company was very lean generally - not much to build morale for staff.
