Benefits were outstanding, Salary was better than most. Bonus Program in stock MIP was an outstanding way to build your wealth. There was a great retirement package and the ability to retire at 55. Challenging and rewarding work.

Time management and balancing family life. UPS Upper Management often was very tight with praise. They seemed to ride you hard and put you up wet and money /!benefits was the lone carrot.
